phnn77 reserves the right to change odds and market availability before a bet is confirmed. Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet. phnn77 uses "best odds at time of confirmation" as the settlement basis for all fixed-odds markets.
phnn77 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds, event cancellation, match abandonment, or where a market has been settled based on incorrect information. Stakes on void bets are returned to the member's account balance.
phnn77 applies maximum payout limits per event and per member, which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface. If a bet's theoretical payout exceeds the applicable maximum, the stake may be adjusted or the bet declined before confirmation.
